Open Question: please.. I need somebody to tell me how to overcome this?

i tried niqab 2 yrs ago when i was in middile east after my marriage, It was a short periiod for few months and then i stopped cuz i moved back to my old city in india and here no much Muslims in our region. my husband wants me to wear it, i visited him there 3-4 times and all these period i used to wear niqab. now he is also coming back and i think i will have to rewear it. he thinks i should get used to wear niqab all the time, he is born and lived so far in middle east - doesn't have much idea about the culture out here.. i told him this several times too.. personnally i don't have any problem in wearing it but here no one uses even abaya.. i might be considered as different among them, also they all know mw from childhood and used to see me in normal dress. i have a hesitation in going fully covered to them suddenly one day. also the difficlities cuz of the climate here - hot , swety etc... moreover eat, drink in public here - here no seperate place for ladies or anything... do u think if i don't wear it now on -disobeying my husband, or i have a right to disobey him in this?...
